How to Order Custom Embroidery

At Estembro, we turn your ideas into wearable art. Whether it’s a unique gift or a personal statement, our Tallinn-based studio is ready to bring your vision to life. Follow these simple steps to get started:

1. Share Your Vision

Fill out the contact form and upload your file (a sketch, photo, or logo). In the message field, please let us know:

Placement: Where should we stitch it? (e.g., chest, or back).

Details: Any specific colors or sizes you have in mind.

2. Digital Mockup & Approval

Once we receive your request, our designer will create a digital preview of how the embroidery will look on the garment. We want to make sure you love it before we stitch it.

3. Crafting & Production

After your approval, we digitize your design and start the embroidery process in our Tallinn studio. We use premium threads to ensure a high-quality, long-lasting finish.

• Production time: Usually 3–7 business days.

4. Delivery or Pickup

Once your unique piece is ready, we’ll let you know! You can choose:

• Local Pickup: Available at our Tallinn location.
• Shipping: We ship worldwide straight to your door.
